Posting this again because of more comments and people who think 1 star reviews intended to hurt our business, because they think they know what they are talking about, but don't actually(Looking at you Don).

This is the bag of Erythritol we use. Erythritol is a byproduct of fermentation of a carbohydrate source. Bigger words don't automatically equal scary or bad. There are various sources of things.

Our mission has always been to clean up bakery products, and make indulgent treats that are better for your body. Are our products perfect(yes, but not perfect for everyone 😂🤣), but as someone who worked as a scientist in the food industry for 20years(4 school, 16 industry) before starting our own business, I absolutely know the chemical makeup of what we use in our products.

Putting the “I don’t care how it looks!” comments to the test today 🤣

Sometimes the bakery magic hits… and sometimes the raspberry & cheese filled pound cake decides it has its own agenda.

The cheese filling baked out, the raspberry sank to the bottom and created a lovely little tunnel situation 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 BUT... it still tastes amazing, so the show must go on!

These “ugly but delicious” loaves are sliced and headed to the shelf at a steep discount. Imperfect on the outside, still dangerously good on the inside. Win for you 😉

This weekend my Grandfather passed. The one that owned the Grocery store in Anthony Kansas for 60+ years. You see bits and pieces of it in our bakery. But more than those bits and pieces, you find the work ethic and the push to succeed from him.

I don't think I could run a business of my own, had I not grown up in one my entire childhood.

Thanks Papa, your presence will endure. The amount of people who have come into our bakery and said, "I know that grocery store!", never ceases to amaze me.
