What a whirlwind weekend!

Drove back to Lenexa to get a feel for The Kansas City Barbeque Society competition series and ended up in the The Kansas City Star! (Maybe SMoKan BBQ has some chops, pork chops)

Thank you again to 3 Idiots & A Smoker BBQ for letting me participate in your massive cook for Everfast Fiber and for the thawed gifts you sent me home with!!! Time to get the smoker fired up and put the Jdqbbq seasonings, Heath Riles BBQ sauces, and The Good Charcoal Company charcoal to the test.

Now.... to just not mess it up.

What a crazy Satuday!

Got a lesson in "Putting another Shrimp on the Barbie" at The Great Lenexa BBQ from Griffin Middendorf with 3 Idiots & A Smoker BBQ and decided to help the team clean up.

Got back to their home-base to find their deep freeze in total melt down.

Looks like tomorrow I'll get to put some of that Jdqbbq and Heath Riles BBQ seasoning the Idiots gave me to work and see how The Good Charcoal Company performs in the Ol Webber.

What a weekend!
SMoKan Bbq missed seeing everyone at Meat Inferno in Edgerton, Kansas but still knocked the dew off our largest smoker and had the honor of bringing the glories of the Q to Silo Hills Farm.

We want to thank Heath Riles BBQ and The Good Charcoal Company for the opportunity to try out their excellent products and the compliments we received... boy, oh boy, did the products perform.
