Cupcakes by Design is here to create the perfect gourmet cupcake just for you! Here is a four step process to creating your own cupcake. The first step is picking the cake you want, next is to choose the filling, then your flavor of frosting, and finally the topping of your choice. We want to design a cupcake that is catered specifically to your taste!
