Live music by our friends The New Primitive kicks off our 1st Back Porch Pick’n hosted by Saunders Old Country Store Event opens around 5:00pm; come on, bring your lawn chairs, and enjoy our food truck on-site, with Smoke -n- Shine hickory smoked BBQ (window opens at 6:00)!

Good morning, we are open on Friday, June 5, with fresh strawberries and peaches available from 10 AM to 5 PM. We are preparing for Saturday, June 6, which will feature back porch picking with New primitive Bluegrass, and we recommend arriving around 5 PM. The smoking N Shine Food Truck will open at 6 PM. Please bring your lawn chairs, as this is a free event with free parking, and we invite you to join us for a good time.

On Tuesday, June 2, Saunders Old Country Store is open from 10 AM to 5 PM, offering fresh strawberries& peaches , homemade sourdough bread, jelly, jam, country ham, bacon, sausage, livermush, homemade ice cream, and milk from the Amish dairy. You can find us at 3637 Blowing Rock Blvd. As a friendly reminder, we will host a back porch picking event with New Primitive Bluegrass on Saturday, June 6. Good time to arrive is around 5 PM and bring your lawn chairs. The Food Truck will be open at 6 PM, and the music will begin shortly after.
