So, couple days ago I was working in the garden and it was hot so I wore a tank top. Well, didn't realize it till later I got sunburned. So I thought I would try my soothing skin salve, it's worked for kitchen burns— so my husband put it on my back for me. Couple days later the burn is gone and I'm not even peeling. I'll take that as an effective win! I've got 4 tins of this left but more chickw**d infusing. Chickw**d is edible and medicinal. A very beneficial "w**d" many people try to kill but it's a wonderful w**d to me!

We use honey fermented garlic to keep our immune systems hulked out...
Levi loves it but calls it apple 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ hence the corrective/speech lesson....
Raw honey is important for this, heavily processed will not give you the same benefits.
Cora is the only one who doesn't eat the garlic but for her I mix the honey with butter and smear on bread amd she loves it.
Steps:
Crush garlic & let sit 10-15 minutes, place into a glass jar and cover completely with raw honey and store in cool dark cabinet. Open every few days to burp (release pressure). Ready in about 2 weeks and the longer it sits the better it gets.
We use 1 head of garlic and go through it in about a year, taking every now and then, daily when sickness is rampant.
