It's that time of the year again, our farmers markets have started! Every Thursday from 3 to 6 in West Stockbridge and Friday from 11 to 3 in Lenox. Starting on Wednesday June 24th we will be in Stockbridge from 3 to 6.

March 22nd and we're still going strong! 2400 gallons of sap yesterday and another 3000 today! Packaging up another barrel and a few retail containers.
