There’s just something about the smell of fresh-cut alfalfa. 🌱

When winter winds are howling and snow blankets the pasture, that sweet-smelling alfalfa becomes fuel for our cattle and peace of mind for us.

What smells like summer today will help keep our herd healthy and thriving through the coldest days of winter. It’s one of the many reminders that ranching is always about looking ahead and preparing for the next season.

Now if only we could bottle up that fresh cut alfalfa smell and enjoy it all winter long ❤️
