Swine Robotics and Mack Farms are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support both businesses in a shared part-time role. This position offers variety and flexibility, working with both a national ag-tech company and a progressive local pig farm.
๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฐ:
Youโll assist with day-to-day operations for both offices, including:
-Accounting support with a strong emphasis on QuickBooks
-General office management and administrative tasks
-Coordination of files, invoices, scheduling, and vendor communication
-Supporting communication with vendors, customers, and farm staff
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
-Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Professional communication and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently across two fast-paced, agriculture-based businesses
