Our moist and fluffy Montgomery Pie! 🍋

One of our most frequently asked questions is: “What is a Montgomery pie?” The answer to this question is actually quite simple! It’s a wet bottom base of our homemade lemon goo with a moist layer of yellow cake to top it off. Even if you’re not a “pie-person”, you’re bound to like this one! Come by our store any day that we’re open to get it for yourself!!! 💛💫

📣 Operational Update: 📣

Power has been restored to our bakery as of this evening. We will remain closed tomorrow, Wednesday, July 8 while we transition from our temporary cold storage back into our facility, clean up, replace ingredients and supplies lost due to the outage, and restart production. As of now, our plan is to resume normal hours on Thursday, July 9 however with limited offerings while we continue catching up with baking. If anything with that plan changes, we will post here.

Thank you to all of the linemen for safely working to restore power to our shop and our community. We greatly appreciate all the long hours you are putting in to get the job done.

🚨We will be closed today, Monday, July 6. We have been without power at the bakery since the storms Saturday evening. We will also be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, July 7 at the bakery and at Root's Country Market & Auction. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back for further updates. 📣
