Factory lights vs. Rob’s upgrade!

The original Kubota lights did the job, and the last set Rob added was already bright, but these new ones?! I think you can see them from the moon!

Definitely an upgrade for those late-night projects around Higgins Hill Farm!

New lights on the Kubota B2650!

The old lights were starting to burn out, so it was time for an upgrade and I finally replaced those amber lights I smashed a long time ago 😂

With the days getting shorter, these will definitely come in handy. One more little farm project checked off the list!

Close Call!

Rob was out with all the birds walking with Hank Jr and Honey when all of a sudden everyone started screaming. A hawk was swooping down trying to grab one of them. Luckily no one was harmed.

New trailer day!

Picked up this 4-place snowmobile trailer, and for now it’s getting a new job as a shed.

But the long-term plan? Turn this thing into a family sled hauler for future winter adventures.

The end of an era.

This chicken run has gone through 3 expansions, generations of chickens, and lots of love. With the new one Rob built it was time for it to come down. Make room for something new. We will recycle as much as we can from this and use it for another project.

We took a trip down to our friends at Birch Wind Farms. They are growing peach and apple trees. Located in Paxton and have a farm stand on the road if anyone is interested.
