Meigs County Farmers' Market
will be going on tomorrow but I will not be there.
It has been almost a week when I just did not feel well.
Chills, aching body, tired.
Today (Friday) is my Market preparation day and I am sore and too tired, not able to do much.
I am sorry I have to skip a Market day, but I will see you all the following Saturday :-)

Baking your own bread is actually quite easy. Too bad I can not teach people how to do it at the Meigs County Farmers' Market

Meigs County Farmers' Market

one of the very few left this year and I can't wait to be there :-)
Razzmatazz, Bronze and Black Muscadine grapes, some tomatoes and Tomatillos, Bitter Melon, Purple Sweet potatoes and their greens, and of course variety of plants :-)
And as always, if I forgot to mention something and you know we produce it, do not be shy to ask for it :-) :-)

I did not bake bread this morning as I had to take Isabel to the Airport in Charleston, she is flying to Philippines for a few months.
I got up at 3:30am, so, it will be a long day today :-)

See you at the Market shortly :-)

Guess what I am up to this evening? :-)
Unpasteurized Sauer Kraut was mentioned as the number one in fighting cancer. Eating it regularly may be helpful in preventing it.
Providing health promoting foods for my friends is my type of religion :-)
