Brought home a new steer this evening. Born February 2023 and was a bottle baby. Our heifer that was born on Brown Acres June 27 is very excited to have a friend closer to her size.
The new boy needs a name!
We’ve had a T-Bone, Shirley Sirloin & Chuck Roast, Brisket & Ribs, and currently have Filet & Mignon.
Mama’s name is Stormy and her calf is Baby Girl so I guess she needs a name too! We just haven’t decided on what her future is going to be yet.
We should have 3 halves of beef available in early 2024.
