Gonna post this for any Beekeepers out there or those who just may be curious..I got asked how I treat mites and I typically do Oxalic Acid Vaporization only with brood breaks where I can. But this year I've been trying Varrocxsan strips (extended release Oxalic Acid) and I like what I'm seeing but this picture is why I lay mine across my frames and don't fold them over and have them up against the frames, the bees don't like it and it's just the start of wonky comb. And no I have noticed little difference in laying them across the top of the frames...just my two cents on that subject..lol

Couple quick pics....Fall is coming so a new batch of Lip Balm was made this weekend... Peppermint, Orange, Watermelon and Cinnamon flavors. I will have them at Keepin’ It Local this week...
Also I noticed the Observation Hive had a lot of open cells and figured it would be a good time to look for Her Majesty...... Guess what I saw.....☺️☺️

Ok so I tell everyone how the Bees keep a clean house, so here is a good example...this is a frame from the swarm I took out of home a couple weeks ago and I cut the comb to fit in the frame and held it in place with rubber bands ..well they did their part to attach the comb to the frame and chewed the rubber bands and took them outside and well left them for me to pick-up lol...they really are amazing little creatures...😁
