If you’re wondering about quality, this picture speaks for itself. I did something out of my comfort zone and entered just some onions in the county fair, highly expecting I might get a couple blues, but not expecting this at all! Thank you for seeing my hard work and the quality of the produce we provide. I grew enough that I will have them in stock for a while and am selling 8 # bags. Thank you again for supporting us in our efforts to provide quality food to our friends and neighbors!

Farm update: While Sam and I were in Florida this last week, things on the farm were busy and challenging. We had piglets, several litters, so we will have pigs available in early 2026. We also have garlic and three colors of onions ready: red, yellow, and white. We have some tomatoes ready and more coming. We also have some potatoes ready. And custom beef and pork are well stocked. We also had some tragedies this week. We lost one sow, and it was the first one so babies had to be bottle fed and we lost the top of one of our high tunnels, but the tomatoes and peppers are fine inside so we will get new plastic up when weather allows. So please let me know if you want onions, garlic, or potatoes message or call me.
