The Chinese Cabbage in the field is now done. No more Chinese Cabbage til we finish the new Greenhouse. We do still have Kale and Lettuce. The small greenhouse, radishs are coming up, and so is the lettuce. Yeah!

My bowl is filling up with Kale Chips! My Kale Chips are made with Organic Ingredients, Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Kale, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. I baked mine at 315 for about 10-12min. Yumm...
