Does anyone happen to have a John Deere 5403? Ours is giving us electrical fits. It will be running and just shut off… when it does it’s the fuel system (labeled N Flasher) you can replace the fuse and as soon as the key switch is turned it blows. We have replaced the cold start advance sensor unplugged all sensors and fuel solenoid, as well as traced all wires and it still blows. I have replaced the alternator and the key switch that seemed to fix the problem. However today while tedding hay it shut off again. Same thing fuse N blows.
