For all of our newer followers, we wanted to reintroduce ourselves!
We’re the Timbrooks — a family of 8 located in Levels, West Virginia. ❤️
I’m Alexis, mama to six amazing kiddos. We recently welcomed our sweet twins into the world, and I spend my days homeschooling, homesteading, and caring for our family here on our 184-acre farm.
My husband, Bucky, works full-time in armed security in the city and spends his weekends farming alongside me.
Here on the homestead, you’ll find miniature ponies, ducks, chickens, goats, beef cattle, dairy cows, turkeys, and our livestock guardian dogs. There’s always noise - whether it’s kiddos giggling, cows moowing or chickens clucking. 😆
Since we were in high school dating, we dreamed of owning our own farm one day and learning the ropes of self-sufficiency. We’re so thankful we took the leap. We purchased an Amish farm with no electricity, a spring-fed water source, and plenty of challenges along the way. Through every trial, God has been *SO* faithful (as he always is 🙌🏻) and we feel incredibly blessed to call this place HOME. 🙏🏻
We love building a life here and making memories with our family.
This is our first year raising pasture-raised chickens, and we’re also launching our very first CSA! We’re slowly working toward opening a farm store here on the property, where we’ll be able to offer more goods produced right here on the farm.
