Today🩵💛 I am blessed to turn 52 — and this birthday is about purpose, not age.

Last year, a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis changed everything. Through nutrition, movement, and consistency, I’ve been able to fight it head-on — without relying on medication.

Personal health was the start.
