Another great summer selection at Adams Ricci Farmers Market. Tomatoes, peppers, beans, beets, eggplant, watermelon, cukes, and zukes. Finally got some Lewisberry grown corny on the bob, or cut it off the bob. Will have same selection at our stand outside 2K's discount market Friday through Sunday if you dont get a chance today. Homegrown cucumbers to homemade pickles. Fermented in a 5 gallon bucket with water, salt, peppercorns, garlic, dill, and oak leaves (for crispness). This process took about 3 weeks. You can do in glass jars as well. Will store in the refridgerator for a few months. Fermented foods are great for your gut microbiology.

Week of the zucchini. Picture of our harvest. Will be at Adams-Ricci farmers market today after 2 weeks of no market (July 4th and then weather cancelation).
