Hillyrock Farm Hillyrock Farm Hillyrock Farm is located in the area north of Lewisburg, known as the “Savannah” in Greenbrier County, WV.

The farm has been in continuous operation for over 200 years and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is also the first farm in Greenbrier County to be placed in a Farmland Protection Easement, insuring that it remains in farmland for perpetuity. Bob and Diane Browning now operate the farm, finishing Angus steers on a lush mix of rich grass pastures. The steers drink clear mou

ntain spring water and do not receive any hormones or antibiotics. These steers are processed locally at a USDA inspected facility and direct marketed regionally. Hillyrock Farm’s specialty product is “Steakburger”, a premium ground beef using all the prime cuts, which can be bought at Taste of Heaven, in Maxwelton (near the airport), Ediths, in downtown Lewisburg and H & R Supplies, in Crawley. Several fine area restaurants also offer Hillyrock Farm Steakburger on their menu.
