This past Friday was my final day at the Parkhurst Bucknell Account. Goodbye corporate world, it was fun while it lasted.

The production and batch setting was a game changer. I’ve learned a great deal and worked with a solid family/crew. Despite that I return back to the dungeons. We are equipped with three tank/dps units.

Right now I’m itching to cook food, but Ive immersed myself in a new restaurant opening.

I’ve never loved brand new equipment and static wrap so much! I will say it’s great seeing a new business/brewery/kitchen come together!

Soon enough you will see food.
