🚨 UPSHUR & LEWIS COUNTIES: WE’RE COMING BACK! 🚨

​Big Eazy’s BBQ is heading back to Upshur and Lewis Counties this upcoming weekend to deliver another round of essential supplies to our neighbors recovering from the July 21st flooding.

​We know the recovery process takes time, and we’re in this with you for the long haul! ❤️ Big thanks to everyone who donated and made this trip possible, community supporting community is what it’s all about.

From the bottom of our hearts, Big Eazy's BBQ wants to say THANK YOU to every single person who donated to our first round of flood relief efforts.

Whether you gave money, cleaning supplies, bottled water, non-perishable food, hygiene products, baby items, pet supplies, or simply shared our posts, you made a difference. Every donation—big or small—helped fill our truck and allowed us to head to Buckhannon to support our neighbors in need alongside Operation BBQ Relief.

This community has once again proven what it means to be West Virginia Strong. When our neighbors are hurting, we don't ask who they are, we show up, we pitch in, and we take care of each other.

As we deliver this first load of supplies, please know that this is only the beginning. We will continue collecting donations and making additional trips to help families recover from these devastating floods.

Thank you for trusting us to be a small part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Big Eazy's BBQ is challenging local businesses in Greenbrier County to give back to those in need. We are challenging local businesses to donate $100 in cleaning supplies to help clean, refresh and rebuild these communities as they work to recover.

🚨 HELP US FILL THE TRAILER 🚨

Our neighbors in Upshur, Lewis and Randolph Counties are hurting after the devastating floods, and we want to do our part to help.

Big Eazy’s BBQ is collecting donations to fill a trailer with much-needed supplies for flood victims. We’re asking our community, friends, and fellow West Virginians to come together and help those who need it most.

Items needed include:
💧 Bottled water
🥫 Non-perishable food
🧼 Cleaning supplies
🧻 Paper products
🧴 Hygiene items
🧺 New blankets, towels, and basic necessities

Every donation — big or small — can make a difference for a family trying to put their lives back together.

Let’s show Upshur, Lewis and Randolph Counties what West Virginia is made of. 💛💙

🔥 Kitchen Test Night at Big Eazy's BBQ! 🔥

Tonight I fired up a beautiful picanha to test out our new Coal Country Beef Rub, and it's off to a great start! 🥩🤤

Paired with buttery squash and onions and creamy mashed potatoes, this was one incredible meal.

Coal Country Beef Rub is still in the testing phase, but I'm working to create a bold, savory seasoning that brings out the natural flavor of beef without overpowering it. Every batch gets me one step closer to the final recipe.
