Come early for your favorite cuts.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that we will be at the Murfreesboro market this weekend with Palmer Farms lamb.

If you missed out on your favorite cuts last week, we recommend coming early. Our most popular cuts tend to sell out fast, especially racks, chops, ground lamb, and other easy weekend favorites.

If there is something specific you are hoping to get, come see us early and we will do our best to help.

A quick update from the farm.
We have been quieter than usual on Instagram, but there has been a lot happening behind the scenes.
We are in the middle of early summer lambing, continuing to grow the farm, keeping lamb moving through processing and deliveries, and we recently welcomed a newborn into our family.
It has been a full season, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support Palmer Farms.
Every order, every referral, every restaurant that serves our lamb, and every person who follows along helps us keep building this farm into something better.
We are going to try to do a better job of bringing you along with us as we grow.

Memorial Day weekend calls for the grill.

We’ll have plenty of lamb steaks and ground lamb available this Saturday at the market — perfect for burgers, kebabs, and easy weekend grilling.

One quick note: my mom Karen will be covering the Palmer Farms booth this weekend as we have just welcomed our second child into the world. If you stop by, make sure to give her some love and say hello.

Hi everyone,

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us at the market last weekend. It was great seeing so many familiar faces again, and we truly appreciate the continued support for our farm and our lamb.
Because last weekend was so strong, our selection this Saturday will be more limited than usual. We’ll still have a great lineup of Palmer Farms lamb, but some cuts will be in short supply and may sell out early.
We’ll be at the Murfreesboro Farmers Market this Saturday from 8:00 AM to noon.

Palmer Farms Lamb at Murfreesboro Tomorrow

Hi everyone,

Palmer Farms will be at the first Murfreesboro market of the season tomorrow from 8 AM to noon, and we’ll be there full-time this year. We’re bringing a full lineup of premium Tennessee lamb, including ground, chops, shanks, shoulders, legs, racks, saddles, stew, kabob meat, and more.

Last Chance for Lamb at The Hamery

We wanted to give you a quick heads up—this Saturday will be our last time at The Hamery in Murfreesboro before the Main Street Market season kicks off.

Starting the first Saturday in May, you’ll be able to find us regularly at the Murfreesboro Main Street Market on the square.
If you’ve been meaning to stock up, this is your last easy chance to grab lamb at The Hamery before we shift over.
After this weekend catch us at the Main Street Market every Saturday starting in May

Starting 2026 with the best news we could ask for—Drover is officially DONE with chemo.
Through it all this dog never stopped being himself. Cancer picked the wrong one.
Remission since August. Stronger than ever.
