Monday-Friday 3:25pm-7:30pm (High school students 16yr-18yr olds) $15 hr
Thursday-Sunday
1:25pm-12:00am (Thursday&Friday) &

The schedule is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-7:30pm.

This position will require the employee to:
-stand for the entire shift
-work in a refrigerated environment (temperature is held at 32 degrees)
-hand shred chicken
-may also be rolling paninos and shredding other meats

Monday-Friday 3:25pm-12:00am

-Payrate is $15.00hr
-This position requires employees to be on their feet for the entire shift
-Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment
-Job duties will include cleaning machinery, halls, walls, floors, dishes, laundry, bathrooms, & all other general sanitation after day shift production has ended

Old Hickory Smokehouse is a food processing company located in Lewisburg, TN. We smoke & pack a variety of proteins for various applications including sliced, shredded, & whole muscles with & without sauce. We also hand-roll paninos.

Our entire plant is refrigerated and held at 35 degrees.

2nd shift B Sanitation Scehdule Is Thursday & Friday 1:25pm-12:00am & Saturday & Sunday 09:55am-08:30pm
You must be able to work the entire shift.

Our beginning pay is $15.50/hr. 2nd B Shift will require employees to be on their feet for the entire shift.
