Kelly Hess with Wildberry Farm restocked our fridge with her amazing cinnamon rolls and scones!!!

We also have butternut squash and chev're cheese available, as well as jams, jellies, salsa, and a few gorgeous plants from Janeen Clanton, hot and cold rice pillows from Ari Marie Cozart!

Hi, we're the Chumbleys. 👋

This is what dairy farming and the first day of football season looks like.

I'm not exactly sure what's happening with my face. 🤪
Wade is wondering why we're taking pictures.
And Pippy is convinced she's the main character. 🐄😂

Throw in milking cows, farm chores, football, and about 47 things on today's to-do list, and you've got our life in one picture.

It's a little crazy, a little chaotic, and definitely not "normal"... but we wouldn't trade this life for anything.

There are days when farming is hard. There are days when I'm exhausted, overwhelmed, and yes... there are even days I end up in tears.

But then there are moments like this.

Meet Penny, our newest little heifer. ❤️ She has already stolen our hearts.

This is why I farm. These sweet moments make me laugh, fill my heart with joy, and remind me why all the hard work is worth it. I'm so thankful for the life God has allowed us to live and for the simple blessings He gives us every single day.

Our cows aren't just livestock to us. They are family. We know each one by name, celebrate new calves, worry when they're sick, and love every single one of them. Sure, they have their moments (like deciding the milking stanchion is the perfect place to p**p 🙄😂), but I honestly wouldn't trade this life for anything.

Farming isn't just what we do. It's a way of life, and it's one of God's greatest gifts to our family. ❤️🐄
