☕ Has leadership or management experience
☕ Can thrive in a fast-paced environment

☕ Can help lead a team with excellence and kindness
☕ Has barista experience OR experience managing people
☕ Believes in what we’re building
This role would include:
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Helping lead staff and schedules
• Ordering/shopping/deposits
• Working barista shifts alongside the team
• Helping us continue building an incredible culture
We don’t need perfect.
We need reliable, teachable, hardworking, and mission-minded.
