Price Blueberry Farm

08/14/2026

8/14/26 Price Blueberry Farm is near end of season. There are still quite a few berries to ripen but currently there are not enough ripe berries. I am discontinuing normal hours. By midweek I should have enough ripe berries and picking will be by appointment. Thanks for your understanding.

Price Blueberry Farm is opening for the season Sunday 7/12. Hours will be 10a-6p. I will be closed on Mondays. Daily hours will be 10a-6p. Bluecrop and Bluegold varieties are ripening now(see pictures). Chandler, the really big blueberry, is just starting to ripen. As usual the season starts slow and you will have to visit several bushes to fill a quart for now. Picked quarts and pints are available. Call ahead for large pre pickled orders.

At Price Blueberry Farm, we are now at peak picking. It will not get any easier than now. Past experience tells me peak should last about a week. Yesterday a customer picked a quart of beautiful ripe Chandlers in 10 minutes , and another picked 6 quarts in 30 minutes.
Peak picking this year is 2 weeks ahead of normal.
This year is different. Do not wait until mid August for your local blueberries.
