Current stock of pickled items:
Asparagus
Baby cukes
Sweet green peppers
Rainbow carrots
Eggs
Fiddleheads
Baby carrots

On hand these are “regular or medium hot” garlic dill unless posted as pickeled otherwise. Flavors are limited at the moment to see how popular each items is. I can make any item bread and butter or mustard flavor as requested!! Please allow two weeks for product to be ready as I ensure flavors are thoroughly marinated into each one.

These were personally picked cleaned and pickled! These pickles are only available to be made during foraging season so once they are gone for the year they are gone!
Pickled Fiddleads are $10.00 per pint. Available flavors are:
Thyme garlic dill
Regular garlic dill
Spicy Garlic dill

*disclaimer. All items are cleaned and pickled in a sanitized safe environment. Products are canned up to temp and blanched (if needed) accordingly. However still in the process of licensing. Enjoy at your own discretion at this time.
