So this poor little thing is Superhero, my daughter's favorite chicken. It was named after the mask it had around it's eyes when it was born but has further engraved the name into existence. It got picked up by a hawk and was flown and dropped into the neighbor's yard thankfully. They threw it over the fence and we misunderstood the situation and it had to survive the dogs all night in our yard. It was waiting patiently by the gate to be let in with the rest of the chickens when I went to let the chickens out the next morning. It really is living up to its name!
