No more hauling the beef myself.

For this month's delivery, we used a refrigerator truck to bring pallets of beef over, and separated them by city. There's plenty of room on that truck, so I can haul a lot more beef now.

It's a lot less stressful to have a forklift do the loading, and I still get to meet everybody like I've always done. Plus now with the extra space, I get to meet a whole bunch more of you.

I don't know much about Joe Rogan but this discussion was kind of interesting. For the record, we never feed our cattle corn, and they always come out tender! Choose from grass or grain finishing for your perfect steak.

We're a little backed up on orders right now. With the big meat plants shutting down, then taking fewer animals, I'm fighting for space. I'm still getting Idaho Beef orders pushed through nonetheless and I plan to have the next delivery ready just after the 4th. After that, the next delivery will be in August. If you're not already signed up, send me a message and I'll be sure to get you added.
