I harvested and washed this lettuce mix well over a week ago. It is still just as fresh as the day I harvested it. Fresh produce grown right here in the valley not only lasts so much longer...it hasn't been riding in a truck from California or sitting in a warehouse for weeks... but tastes sooo much better!!!! This lettuce mix, fresh spinach, cilantro and radishes coming from the farm Saturday to the Lewiston Farmers Market.
