Hey all! If you are trying to place your order online and having cc/dc issues….home office knows and recommends trying the following to fix issue.
If you get the error message that the card is expired and it is not,
1) remove any/all expired cards from your account,
2) make sure the desired payment option is marked as the default account.
If this does not fix the issue, please contact me ASAP. So we can get it fixed!!!!
