Aztec Turkey Chili as created by Grok and then heavily doctored by me was…interesting. Like a “meaty salsa” as my coworker put it. So it did not place top 3 in the competition but still tasted good for what it was, even though what it was, was not chili 😂 However my dad said the consistency/texture reminded him of Skyline Chili and so we tried it with noodles and cheese and sure enough we have the southwest version of the Midwest chili 👨🏻🍳
