Today is the last day of the 31 day May Juice challenge with Tolia AC. This was the most amazing thing I’ve done in a while. 31 day of ONLY Drinking JUICE. I stared at 245.2 lb as of today I am at 211.8Lb. That is a whole 33.4 Lb. To God be the glory. You can do it too. Thanks for the support y’all.

This Journey is a slow pace, but sure will be worth it. In just 14 days, I’ve lost 21.5 Lb. By simply juicing. I am Juicing to reset, Transform, and change my eating habits.

I am so Proud of myself. All I have to do is trust the process. It’s not an over night type of a journey. But it a dedicated and determined mind type. You can do it too. I drink what I sale.
