A truly Pinoy Cake. Ube halo-halo cake (Purple yum mixed cake). Haluhalo is the Tagalog for ”mixed” is a popular cold dessert in the Philippines made up of crushed ice with evaporated milk, and different portions of fruit preserves like banana, jackfruit, nata de coco(coconut gel), kaong (coconut palm), macapuno (coconut strings), beans but personally I don’t like beans and many more. And on top, to finish up you put leche flan, ube halaya and mango/ vanilla or ube ice cream. Yum!!!
