Carlos and Meghan just moved in together. They’re both in their 30s, they work full-time, and like so many of us, by the end of the day, dinner was one more thing to figure out.

They didn’t want more takeout.

The secret behind Art Cooks has never been a recipe 😍

It’s the way we think about food. We grew up believing that life’s most meaningful moments always happened around a table.

When there was something to celebrate.
When family and friends came over.
When someone needed comfort.

Or simply when we wanted to remind each other that we weren’t alone.

Maybe that’s why, every time we step into the kitchen, we don’t think about recipes first.

We think about people.

The people who will gather around that table.

The conversations they’ll have between bites.

The office manager who trusted us with an important event.

And that small moment in the middle of a busy day when everyone gets to pause, share a meal, and simply be together.

Because we believe a good meal can nourish the body.

But sharing it… can nourish something even more important.

Human connection.

That has always been—and always will be—the real secret behind Art Cooks. 💛

A conversation.

And sometimes… it becomes a way to help.

This July 30, we’re opening our kitchen—and our hearts—for a very special Venezuelan Arepas Experience™.

Together we’ll mix, knead, laugh, cook authentic Venezuelan arepas from scratch, and share them over a cold craft beer. But the most meaningful ingredient of the evening won’t be the corn flour…

It will be the generosity of everyone in the room.

Every ticket purchased will help support the reconstruction of Venezuela through an organization working to bring hope where it’s needed most.

When you leave, you’ll take home more than delicious arepas, recipe cards, an apron, and a tote bag.

You’ll leave knowing that a simple evening around the table helped make a difference.

Because that’s what food has always done.

It brings people together.
It tells stories.
And sometimes… it helps write a better one.

Through him, we want to celebrate all fathers:

When we started this journey from our home, we never imagined how many tables, conversations, celebrations, and memories we would become part of.

Art Cooks has grown thanks to every family that trusted us, every order, every recommendation, every kind message, and every person who welcomed our food into their lives.
