False Indigo (Amorpha fruticosa)
- Blooms: April-June
- Used By: Songbirds, upland gamebirds, & white-tailed deer

Rough-Leaved Dogwood (Cornus drummondii)
- Blooms: May-June
- Used By: Turkey, bobwhite, prairie chickens, & songbirds

An old tree stump became a beautiful raised flower bed with a simple ring of bricks, fresh soil, and bright bee balm planted inside. I love how it turns something leftover in the yard into a blooming garden feature that even hummingbirds can enjoy 🌺🐦
