Over the years, my four-legged best friend and I traveled through life searching for trails with challenge, inspiration, and reward. I began making jerky as a hobby preparing a snack for our many adventures. At first, my furry friend's interest sparked the need to increase the supply; but soon it gained popularity and demand from fellow hikers, family, and friends turning it from a dream into a ca
