Here's some info if your honey has crystalized! It's ok, the honey isn't spoiled! It's actually a sign of high quality, pure honey that's not overly processed! Artificial honey does not crystalize! If this happens to your honey, simply bring warm some water, cut off the heat, and place honey bottle in water. It will decrystalize it!! You can also sit honey bottle in window sill! Do not microwave! It will ruin the good properties of the honey!! 🍯

We have had a ton of people asking about honey the last few days. 🍯 Our bees are hard at work making it! 🐝 As of right now, the plan is to harvest & have it ready on June 9th! Tiffiany Lee Chris Lee

We had a late night with the bees last night! We relocated 1 hive to Huron, picked up a swarm in Sardis, picked up another swarm in Decaturville, and relocated 3 hives to Darden. We have to move hives at night because all the forager bees will return to the hive at dark & we want to make sure we get them all! Chris Lee

We don't usually remove bees from a structure but Chris & Hope caught a swarm today that had moved into a basement. This was for a friend's son & the bees had just moved in so we made an exception 😁 This is technically swarm #6 (we've caught 5 swarms at our house) for the year but the 1st swarm that someone has called about that Chris was home for & able to go get. Give us a call if you have a swarm!
