Are you trying to eat more fermented foods to support your gut health? There are even more benefits beyond probiotics for gut health!

Join us for an exploration of how to incorporate fermented foods into your cooking and learn about the benefits of fermented foods beyond just adding probiotics to your diet. Join Steve Pavey and Ryan Koch of Counter Culture Ferments (https://www.countercultureferments.com/) to taste and see how a variety of fermentation flavors can be a healthy choice for your lunch or weeknight meal.
