Celebration - was a huge success and we want to thank everyone who has come to our celebration week. It has been a lot of fun.

Did not want us to have a celebration week yet. Why? His biggest fear was he was afraid that you would all think that the new products that we have in the store are the only products that will be coming over.

Well, I’m here to tell you. We have been planning the next container for beautiful new products and we are working on the container after that already. We have so much more to bring over. This is just the beginning. We can’t wait to bring all these new product products to you.

WINE TASTING - Sept 18, Il ritorno di Nicola!! it’s always an exciting time when Nicola Biscardo travels across the Atlantic to come and visit us. He is coming back again, September 18 at 6:00 pm

We will have our usual format for the wine tastings outside. But if the weather doesn’t cooperate, it will be more of an open house indoor setting.

I’m thinking the weather will be just fine for us

Rogers pasta class today has been Canceled.

But he will be combining it with the risotto class next Friday night.

You must sign up for the class. It is totally free, but you must sign up for the class next Friday at 6 PM.

More celebrations today.

It’s been a wonderful past two days and we wrap up the weekend and all of the festivities with some great activities.

11 AM this morning you are not gonna want to miss the demonstrations with the beautiful flour line we have. If you are a pizza or focaccia lover or love to make excellent bread, you definitely want to sit through this demonstration.

1 PM Francesco Orio is going to be talking about his vibrant olive oils from Sicily. I can’t tell you the price, but for everyone who comes for his olive oil talk will be getting an incredible deal today.

Then we’re going to finish off at 3 PM with Roger with a wonderful recipe that he’s come up with featuring one of our newest Pasta Lines.

We also have a grand prize winner to draw and with every purchase today you will be entered into the drawing and we will be having two or three drawings as well for random Products.

Come in and help us finish off this weekend celebration as we celebrate our alliance with Allafonte Italy !

Saturday 1:00pm. Make sure you come and meet our dear friend Francesco Orio, who traveled all the way from Sicily to share his story about his olive oil. Everyone enjoyed him on our celebration opening night. And you’ll have a chance to learn all about his beautiful oils this Saturday.

(and I will be doing, and you’ll be able to taste all of these beautiful flours from signetti -and you’ll be able to see how easy they are to throw together that will be 11 AM.

And Roger will be doing a Pasta class with a new recipe. He’s come up with at 3 PM.

Molino Signetti is such a beautiful product, and we were so excited to be able to get all of their mixes back in stock. If you came to our celebration evening last night you, Will would’ve tasted our classic pizza as well as the type one flour from which we made some beautiful ciabatta bread. Tomorrow, Saturday join us as we look at two more, The Napoletana Pizza dough and the Pinsa Pizza Dough. We can’t wait to share these with you join us tomorrow at 11 here at the store.

Just a few quick glimpses from our Celebration last night. Thank you so much for everyone that came out. We so appreciate your support. Celebration continues today every hour we will pick a name for a giveaway with our last give giveaway of the day being our big bag of beautiful new products.
