The 2026 organic ginger crop debuts this Wednesday, along with ground cherries! Most of our summer vegetables continue to arrive so enjoy whilst you can! We will also have eggs, honey, micro greens, sourdough breads, treats, both sweet, savory with some wheat free, mushrooms, floral bouquets, grass fed and finished beef, pastured chicken, turkey and eggs in addition to bountiful Bath County organic produce. Hollow Oak Farm is restocked with plenty of grass grass and finished beef, pastured, transitioning to organic pork, chicken, turkey and eggs. We will have irresistible organic corn, wild blackberries.
