🗓️ PLEASE NOTE: there is no class on Friday, June 19.
Additionally, if it has rained on the west side of Lex in the previous 24 hours and the grass is wet, class will be canceled. We won’t be posting each time ☔️

All classes are at 9am and are donation-based. We appreciate you tipping these amazing souls who give their time to community and connection. Give what you can 🙏🏼

🚙 We ask all yoga attendees to park in the shopping center spaces on the Leestown Rd side of the building not in the Burke Rd spots in front of the Cafe. Many thanks 😊

Summer time calls for fresh peaches eaten in the sun. The next best thing? Our housemade peach syrup paired with tea and coffee. The Peach Julep Iced tea blend our peach, bourbon and fresh mint syrups with local favorite Bluegrass Breeze black tea from IntegriTEA. It really is summer in a glass.
Coffee lovers can pair the peach with either our rum syrup in the Peach Daquiri Latte or with our bourbon syrup in the Peach Bourbon Smash. Both are available hot or iced. And all are non-alcoholic. Cheers!

Loving all the summer themed bevies but not a coffee or matcha drinker. No worries. Grounded is now offering a line of Summer Sodas, our take on the popular dirty soda 🥤
We have the 🍹Dirty Daquiri with a Sprite base, strawberry syrup and topped with OJ and peach cold foam. 🍍🥥The Pina Colada Cola tops Dr Pepper with Pina Colada cold foam. And rum cold foam topped Coca Cola is our take on a throwback 🥃 Rum & Coke.
And since all of our summer specials are non-alcoholic, you don’t have to worry about a thing cause every little thing is gonna be all right now 🎶
