I went to Nail Unique in Eastland shopping center for my appointment and the technician I wanted wasn't there. I had no other option but for the owner Kob Chniev aka Bill to do my nails. He had the worst attitude with me and everytime I asked a question his response was 5 dolla more! I called my mother up because we're both regulars to hang with me because he began to make me feel uncomfortable. She asked was Mina and Kevin available for a Friday appointment and the attitude got worst. I was ready to leave without my nails completed because of the disrespect and attitude but didn't want to be "That Black Girl" who doesn't pay for service. I finished, paid and left. I will never return ever. My mother needs her nails done on Friday and we'd like to keep our money within our community. So please comment great nail techs below. Thank you!
