This week, I ordered from Empanadas By Sofia in Lexington, SC, and tried the Ground Beef & Cheese, Pizza Pepperoni, and Beans & Cheese empanadas.

My favorite was definitely the Ground Beef & Cheese—the flaky homemade crust, perfectly seasoned beef, and melted cheese made every bite better than the last.

If you’re looking to switch up your dinner plans or support another amazing local small business, this is one worth checking out.

🚨 SNEAK PEEK! 👀🥟

These are homemade empanadas from Empanadas By Sofia, and just look at that filling. 🤤

I picked up a few different flavors, including Ground Beef with Cheese, Pizza Pepperoni, and Beans & Cheese… and they smelled incredible the second I opened the tin.

Now comes the real question…

To all my amazing family, friends, and customers.❤️

I’ve been a little MIA lately because my family has been going through a very difficult time with the loss of a loved one. Thank you to everyone who has kept us in your prayers and shown us so much love and support. It has meant more than you know.

I’m excited to say that I’m finally back and ready to start making empanadas again! 🥟❤️

With the rising cost of meat and other ingredients, I did have to make a small price adjustment. I also added smaller empanda discs .

✨ Large empanadas (1 dozen): $45
✨ Small empanadas (10 count): $25
