✨Two great weeks at the Kentucky Summer Horse Show!

OHS had a great two weeks at KY Summer! After a busy stretch of showing, we enjoyed a week back at the farm before heading into two more weeks of horse showing!

WEEK 1 HIGHLIGHTS 🏆

🥇 Agofino Z, owned by Linda Palanza and ridden by Samantha Wells, earned Champion in the Children’s Hunter 15–17.
🥇 Eldorado’s Edition & Vanessa McCaughley finished 1st and 3rd in the 1.30 AM/Jr Jumper.
🥉 Heradieza & Jordan Nichols earned 3rd and 4th in the NHS and Ariat Adult Medal.
🏅 Wolfgang, owned by Ivory Times LLC and ridden by Diana Pegg, placed 5th in the Baby Green Hunters.
🏅 Cardillo 3, owned by Ivory Times LLC and ridden by Diana Pegg, finished 4th in the Green Hunters.

WEEK 2 HIGHLIGHTS 🏆

🥇 Agofino Z, owned by Linda Palanza and ridden by Samantha Wells earned 1st and 3rd in the Children’s Hunter 15–17.
🥉 Eldorado’s Edition & Vanessa McCaughley finished 3rd in the 1.35 AM/Jr Jumper Classic.
🏅 Heradieza & Jordan Nichols placed 11th in the USHJA JR/AM National Hunter Derby.
🧊 Ice Breaker & Sandra Deweese finished 4th in the 1.0 Amateur Jumpers.
🍎 KBS Apple Juice & Codie Campbell placed 6th in the 1.10 Jumpers.
🥉 Leading Man, owned by Kim Jedlicki and ridden by Diana Pegg, earned 3rd in the 3’3 Young Hunters.

We also had great rounds from Wondergirl, Diamond Blue Z, Milanta, Kamorka S, Curious George, On My Honor, and Oasis V! 👏

One week at home, then back to the show ring! 🏇

Horse shopping in KY this summer? We have 2 great jumpers for sale just minutes from the KY Horse Park!

Kamorka S: 11 yr old KWPN mare by Cornet Obolensky, 16.1hh. Imported in 2022 with lots of good results through 1.35m both in Europe and the US. Kora is an ideal 1.20-1.25m mount for a smaller rider! She’s quick, careful, and has a ton of jump. Her current owner has been showing her in the .90 and 1.0m, but she can very easily step back to the bigger classes. Her owner has graduated so Kora is looking for her next rider! Sale only, high fives/low sixes.

Balou Agave is a 16.2hh, 10-year-old gelding by Balou du Rouet with miles through 1.20m and plenty of scope for more. Brave, honest, and forgiving, he is ready to take an ambitious junior or amateur up the levels.
Diego has been on the back burner through no fault of his own and is ready to get back in the show ring. Good flatwork, hacks out and easy to have in the barn. Mid fives.

OHS wrapped up two fantastic weeks at Split Rock Jumping Tour! Despite a little rain, the fun never stopped, and our horses were absolute stars!

✨ Highlights ✨
🥉 Kanoodle SCF & Alexa Sciortino earned 3rd place in the 1.0m FarmVet Amateur Classic.
🏅 Casanova II & Teri Bohl secured 4th place in a large Low Adult Hunter division.
🏅 Oasis V & Ava Lindsay finished 4th in a competitive NHS Adult Medal class.
🐒Curious George and Vanessa McCaughley had a fantastic first horse show debut!
🦄On My Honor & Emily Reynolds had clear rounds all week long!
🌟 Wolfgang & Diana Pegg, owned by Ivory Times LLC, strutted their way to 2nd and 4th
place ribbons in the Baby Green Hunters.
⭐️Cardillo 3 & Diana Pegg, owned by Ivory Times LLC, had great scores and ribbons in about every 3ft green class they stepped into!

The ribbons are wonderful, but watching these partnerships continue to grow is what makes us most proud. ❤️

Our top highlights:
✨Oasis V and Ava Lindsay took home 🥇& 🥈in the A-O Hunter 3'3 18-35 �✨Teri Bohl and Casanova II earning Champion in the Low Adult Hunters�✨Finn and Marquette strutting in the lead line!
✨Heradieza and Jordan Nichols had two top 5 placings in the NHS and Ariat medals
✨Classified and Jordan Nichols also picks up top ribbons in the adult hunters week 1 and 2!

Week One Highlights

On My Honor and Emily Reynolds dominated the 1.00m Junior Jumpers, taking Champion 🏆🔥

Milanta and McKenna Nilsson placed 2nd in the $1,000 1.10m NAL/WIHS Amateur Jumper Classic 🥈⚡️

Twist Des Forets and Camryn Merlo delivered strong rounds to earn Reserve Champion in the 1.00m Amateur Jumpers 🥈💫

Qualipso Du Comte De Dalhem and Camryn Merlo finished 4th in the $1,000 1.10m NAL/WIHS Amateur Jumper Classic 🏅✨
