I have been gardening for over 20 years but I have learned more about gardening this past year than I ever thought possible thanks to Sowards Roots and Refuge Farm…. One thing that has made me super happy is learning that I can grow some things is the fall / winter. Just harvested and canned (this weekend) 11 pints of Carrots and still have about the same amount to go. Makes my garden heart so happy on the cold and dreary days 😀
