The rumors have been rampant and the suspense palpable as to what my next step would be. It has been quite the process of getting to where we are today, and extremely difficult to keep things under wraps. Even from our family and closest friends.

So while I am sure no introductions are necessary, I can finally share that Paige and Jay Williams, Leslie Giles, and I are under contract to purchase the Southern Inn building and its next-door neighbor, the Norgrove Building. We have a shared vision of bringing back these properties in ways that honor their histories and our community. Each of us will bring our expertise, passion, and dedication to the table to ensure that these storied buildings once again serve as beacons on Main Street.

We are excited and, on this day, thankful for the possibilities these properties present and look forward to sharing our plans as they develop. Stay tuned!
