Versailles twilight festival was a fantastic success! We sold over 100 pounds of Beer Cheese and gave out more than 2000 samples to so many wonderful people. What a great day!

Joani starting experimenting the kitchen in the hills of Nonesuch way back. She’s always been a wiz in the kitchen and her beercheese is no diffenent, with chunks of cheese to make the flavor pop! It’s a new experience when you buy Joani Rose’s. She made it for years for the family and friends but now she lives in Florida and we dont’ get it as much. Luckily, I’m the spoiled one of the bunch and was able to talk her into teaching me how to make it. Luckily for you (the general public) I want to sell it. So now here we are, making the best beercheese and finding all the fans that love one of Kentucky’s greatest inventions.
