The honey we produce by our bees is raw, natural and unprocessed. Whistle Creek Apiaries honey is unique because our techniques differ from that of an average beekeeper. In addition to making a medium wildflower blend, we also use a labor-intensive method to provide a variety of delicacies. By "isolating the flow," grading and separately extracting the honey, we can create diverse flavors and a va

riety of colors of honey. The colors and flavors of our honey depend on the seasonal flowers from which the bees gather nectar. Flavors range from mild to full-bodied and are strictly a matter of person taste preference. We offer many types of honey including locust, thistle, clover, wildflower and tulip poplar. We also supply seasonal specialty honey including creamed honey (traditional, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, chocolate mint, and other seasonal flavors), honey comb, beeswax bars and gift baskets. Are you interested in beekeeping? We supply nucs and queens to start your hives. Bring us your questions. Our master beekeeper has 40 years of experience!
